UMU製品とサービス（以下、UMU製品とサービスを総称して「当サービス」といいます。）をご利用頂きありがとうございます。当サービスはUMU Technology CO., LTD (Hong Kong)(以下「UMU」といいます。) ：所在地Rooms 06, 13A/F., South Tower, World Finance Centre, Harbour City, 17 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR）が提供しております。

当社は、数百万人のお客様が、新たな方法によって指導、トレーニング及び学習することを日常的に支えるためのための幅広いサービスを構築しています。当社のサービスとは以下を含みます：
お客様はご自身のプライバシーを管理するために、様々な方法で当社サービスをご利用頂くことが可能です。例えば、コースや学習プログラムのようなコンテンツを作成・管理したいときや、関連する学習コンテンツをさらに閲覧したいときは、UMUアカウントにサインアップすることが可能です。また、ログアウト時も、アカウントを作成せずとも、UMUの閲覧や学習動画の視聴など、多くのUMUのサービスをご利用頂くことも可能です。

当社サービスのご利用にあたり当社が収集する情報の種類をご理解頂けますようお願いいたします。
当社は、全てのユーザーの皆様へより良いサービスを提供するために、お客様の使用言語などの基本的な情報から、お客様が好まれそうなコースや学習プログラムといった、より複雑な情報まで、収集致します。UMUが収集する情報と、それらをどのように使用するかは、お客様が当社のサービスをどのようにご利用になり、どのようにプライバシーコントロールを管理されるかによって異なります。
お客様がUMUアカウントにサインインされていない場合、当社はCookieによって収集した情報を、お客様がご利用されるブラウザ、アプリケーション、またはデバイスに関連付けて保管いたします。このことによって、セッションをブラウジングされる際のお客様の言語設定を維持することが可能となります。
またサインインされた場合、お客様のUMUアカウントに記録された情報を、個人情報として収集致します。
UMUアカウントを作成された際、お客様は名前とパスワードを含む個人情報を提供することになります。またお客様の任意で電話番号やアカウントのお支払情報も追加することもできます。また、サインインされていない場合でも、当社のサービスの最新情報を受け取るためにメールアドレスなどの情報を当社にご提供いただくこともご選択いただけます。
お客様のアプリ、ブラウザおよびデバイス
当社は、製品を自動アップデートしたり、ご使用中のデバイスのバッテリー残量が低くなった際にスクリーンの照度を落としたりする等のサポートを提供するために、お客様がUMUサービスにアクセスされる際にご使用になられるアプリ、ブラウザ、またはデバイスに関する情報を収集致します。
当社が収集する情報は、識別子、ブラウザの種類および設定、デバイスの種類および設定、オペレーティングシステムならびに携帯通信会社名およびアプリケーションのバージョン番号を含むモバイルネットワーク情報などを含みます。またお客様がご利用になるアプリ、ブラウザ、デバイスと当社のサービスの間のやり取りに関する情報（IPアドレス、クラッシュレポート、日付、時刻及びお客様のリクエストにかかるリンク元URLを含む）も収集されます。
これらの情報は、お客様のデバイス上のＵＭＵのサービスが当社のサーバーにアクセスした際に収集されます。これらの情報には、デバイスの種類、キャリア名、クラッシュレポート、IPアドレスも含みます。
当社はお客様の好みに合ったコースや学習プログラムをお勧めする等の活動を行うために、当社のサービス内でのお客様のアクティビティに関する情報を収集します。当社が収集するアクティビティに関する情報は、以下の項目を含みます：
当社はお客様のお近くでご利用可能な研修サービスなどを紹介するために、サービスをご利用される際のお客様の位置情報を収集します。

当社はCookiesやピクセルタグ、ブラウザのウェブストレージやアプリケーションデータキャッシュなどのローカルストレージ、データベース、サーバーログ等の様々なテクノロジーを用いて情報を収集・保管します。
当社はより良いサービスを構築するためにデータを使用します
当社が当社のすべてのサービスを通して収集した情報は、以下の目的に使用されます：

サービスのメンテナンスと改善
動作不能をトラッキングしたり、お客様から報告を受けたトラブルを解決したりするなど、当社のサービスが意図した通りに機能しているかを確認するためにお客様の情報を使用します。そしてお客様の情報によってサービスの改善を図ります。
既存のサービスを通じて収集した情報を、新しいサービスを開発するために活用します。
当社のサービスをお客様に合わせてカスタマイズするために、収集した情報を活用します。これには、お客様に対しておすすめを提示したり、パーソナライズされたコンテンツを提供したり、カスタマイズされた検索結果を提供したりすることを含みます。
当社のサービスがどのように活用されているかを分析・測定するためにデータを活用します。例えば、当社のサイトへの訪問データを分析して、製品設計の最適化等を行います。またコースの設計者が彼らのコース設計のパフォーマンスを把握するために、お客様が利用しているコースに関するデータを活用します。
当社はお客様と直接やり取りを行うためにメールアドレスなどの収集情報を活用します。例えば、お客様のUMUアカウントに通常と異なるロケーションからアクセスが試みられる等、疑わしいアクションが検出された場合、当社はお客様にお知らせを送信することができます。また当社の製品に関する変更や改善が行われる場合もお知らせをすることができます。また、お客様がUMUに連絡をした場合も、お客様が直面している可能性のある問題の解決をサポートするために、このリクエスト記録が保管されます。
UMU、お客様、パブリックの保護
当社はサービスの安全性と信頼性を向上させる手がかりとするために情報を活用します。これには、UMU、当社のユーザーの皆様及び公共の利益に対して、害を及ぼすおそれのある詐欺行為、不正利用、セキュリティリスク及びテクニカルな問題を、検出し、予防し、これらに対応することを含みます。

当社は、以上の目的のために、当社のサービスを通じて収集した情報とお客様のデバイスから収集した情報を組み合わせて使用する場合があります。
他のユーザーがお客様のUMUアカウントやお客様を特定する他の情報をすでに所持している場合、当社はお客様の氏名や写真のような一般公開されているUMMアカウント情報を表示する可能性があります。これによって、たとえば、他のユーザーがコースやクラスをお客様と共同して利用しやすくなります。
もしこのプライバシーポリシーで網羅されている範囲を超えた目的で情報を使用する場合は、事前にお客様の同意を求めます。

お客様は、お客様のUMUアカウント内の音声スライド、ビデオ、ライブストリーミングセッションのコピーをエクスポートすることにより、これらのバックアップをとったり、これらをUMU以外のサービスで使用したりすることが可能です。
また、お客様の個人情報がお客様の同意なく使用目的に必要な範囲を超えて使用された場合、或いはお客様の個人情報が違法な手段で取得された場合は、特定のUMUサービスからコンテンツを消去すること、又はコンテンツの利用を一時停止することを要求できます。
お客様の情報を削除し、またはその利用を一時停止をするため、お客様は以下のことができます。

当社の多くのサービスでは、情報を他の人と共有することができ、共有方法についてはお客様がコントロールできます。例えば、動画コースを公開することや、お客様の動画をプライベートなものとして保持しておくことが可能です。この際気を付けて頂きたいのは、一度お客様の情報を公開すると、お客様のコンテンツはGoogle検索、Yahoo検索、その他の検索エンジンを通して、アクセス可能になってしまう可能性があるという点です。
UMUにサインインして、動画セッションにコメントを残す、ディスカッションに参加する等UMUサービスを利用すると、お客様のアクティビティの横に、お客様のアカウント名と写真が表示されます。
当社はUMUの外部の企業、組織または個人とお客様の個人情報を共有することはありません、ただし以下の場合を除きます：
本プライバシーポリシーに記載されている範囲を超えてUMU外部との個人情報の共有を行う場合、本プライバシーポリシーに対するお客様のご同意とは別に、当社はお客様から個別のご同意を得た上で、当該UMU外部との個人情報の共有を行います。お客様のセンシティブな個人情報を共有する場合は、必ず事前に明確な同意を求めてから行います。
お客様が学生またはUMUサービス（UMUエンタープライズ版など）を利用している組織に従事している場合、お客様のドメイン管理者やお客様のアカウントを管理する再販業者はお客様のUMUアカウントにアクセスする権利を保有しています。彼らは以下を行うことが可能です：
当社は、当社の指示に基づき、かつ、当社のプライバシーポリシーおよびその他の適切な機密保持やセキュリティに関する基準にのっとって、関連会社およびその他の信頼のおける企業または個人に、当社のための情報処理を行わせるため、個人情報を提供します。例えば、当社のカスタマーサポートに協力するサービスプロバイダーの活用などです。
当社は、情報のアクセス、使用、保存又は開示が以下の目的のために合理的に必要であると確信した場合に、UMUの外部に対して個人情報を共有します。：

当社はお客様の情報保護のため、セキュリティを当社のサービス内部に組み込んでいます。
全てのUMU製品は、お客様の情報を継続的に保護するための強力なセキュリティ機能を備えています。サービスの維持を通じて当社が得た視点は、当社がセキュリティ上の脅威を検出し、自動的にブロックして、お客様に到達しないようにすることに役立っています。また、お客様が把握しておく必要があると思われるリスクを検出した場合は、速やかにお客様に通知し、保護を強化するための手順を通じてお客様をサポートします。
当社は、保有情報にかかる不正アクセス、改ざん、開示または破壊行為から、お客様とUMUを保護するために、以下のとおり尽力しています。：
お客様はいつでもUMUアカウントから、お客様の情報のコピーをエクスポート・削除することが可能です
また、バックアップまたはUMU以外のサービスでの使用のために、UMUアカウントからコンテンツのコピーをエクスポートすることも可能です。
お客様の情報を削除するため、お客様は以下のことができます。
収集したデータは、その内容、使用方法、お客様の設定に応じて、異なる期間保持されます。
データを削除した際、当社は削除プロセスに従って、当社のサーバーからお客様のデータが安全かつ完全に消去されるか、又は匿名化された形式においてのみ保管されることを確実にします。当社は当社のサービスにおいて、偶発的または悪意のある削除から情報を確実に保護するように努めています。これによって、お客様が削除を行ってから、アクティブシステムおよびバックアップシステム上のコピーが削除されるまでに、多少の遅延が起こる可能性があります。
当社は定期的にこのプライバシーポリシーを見直し、お客様の情報がそれに準拠する形で処理されていることを確認します。
あなたの個人情報は日本のAWSサーバーに保存されます。当社は世界中にサーバーを置いており、お客様の情報はお客様がお住いの国以外に設置されたサーバーで処理される可能性があります。データに関する保護法は国によって異なり、一部の国では他の国より高度な保護が提供されている場合があります。お客様の情報が処理される場所に関わらず、当社はこのポリシーに記載されている保護と同様の保護を適用します。また、当社はデータ転送に関する一定の法的枠組みにも従います。
正式な書面による申し立てを受け取った場合、当社は直ちに申立人に連絡をします。当社は現地のデータ保護当局を含む適切な規制当局と連携して、当社とお客様との間で直接解決することができない、お客様のデータの転送に関する申し立てに対応致します。
このプライバシーポリシーは、UMU Technology Co., LTD.および関連する会社が提供する全てのサービスに適用されます。このプライバシーポリシーは、このプライバシーポリシーが組み込まれていない個別のプライバシーポリシーを有するサービスには適用されません。

INFORMATION UMU COLLECTS
We want you to understand the types of information we collect as you use our services
We collect information to provide better services to all our users — from figuring out basic stuff like which language you speak, to more complex things like which course or learning program you might like. The information UMU collects, and how that information is used, depends on how you use our services and how you manage your privacy controls.
When you’re not signed in to a UMU Account, we store the information we collect with cookies tied to the browser, application, or device you’re using. This helps us do things like maintain your language preferences across browsing sessions.
When you’re signed in, we also collect information that we store with your UMU Account, which we treat as personal information.
Things you create or provide to us
When you create a UMU Account, you provide us with personal information that includes your name and a password. You can also choose to add a phone number or payment information to your account. Even if you aren’t signed in to a UMU Account, you might choose to provide us with information — like an email address to receive updates about our services.
Information we collect as you use our services
Your apps, browsers & devices
We collect information about the apps, browsers, and devices you use to access UMU services, which helps us provide features like automatic product updates and dimming your screen if your battery runs low.
The information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network information including carrier name and application version number. We also collect information about the interaction of your apps, browsers, and devices with our services, including IP address, crash reports, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request.
We collect this information when a UMU service on your device contacts our servers. This information includes things like your device type, carrier name, crash reports, IP address.
Your activity
We collect information about your activity in our services, which we use to do things like recommend a course or learning program you might like. The activity information we collect may include:

And we also use data about the course you interact with to help course designers understand the performance of their course design.

For example, we may send you a notification if we detect suspicious activity, like an attempt to sign in to your UMU Account from an unusual location. Or we may let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our services. And if you contact UMU, we’ll keep a record of your request in order to help solve any issues you might be facing.
Protect UMU, our users, and the public
We use information to help improve the safety and reliability of our services. This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues that could harm UMU, our users, or the public.
We may change the above objectives at any time, and if any change is made to the objectives, we will notify you or publish an updated privacy policy. In addition, when a user requests to notify the purpose of use of user's information, if the purpose of use is promptly notified or if it is decided that the notification cannot be made (eg, the purpose of use of information is clear). In that case, we will notify you of the decision immediately (if we are not legally obligated to notify you). We use different technologies to process your information for these purposes. We use automated systems that analyze your content to provide you with things like customized search results, personalized learning content, or other features tailored to how you use our services.
And we analyze your content to help us detect abuse such as spam, malware, and illegal content. We also use algorithms to recognize patterns in data. For example, UMU video practice features provide useful feedback when people exercise across the globe by recognizing common face and gesture patterns when you use it.
We may combine the information we collect among our services and across your devices for the purposes described above.
If other users already have your UMU account or other information that identifies you, we may show them your publicly visible UMU Account information, such as your name and photo. This helps people collaborate on a course or class with you, for example.
We’ll ask for your consent before using your information for a purpose that isn’t covered in this Privacy Policy.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
When you share your information
Many of our services let you share information with other people, and you have control over how you share. For example, you can share a video course publicly or you can decide to keep your videos private. Remember, when you share information publicly, your content may become accessible through search engines, including Google Search, Yahoo, and other search engines.
When you’re signed in and interact with some UMU services, like leaving comments on a video session or participating in a discussion, your account name and photo appear next to your activity.
When UMU shares your information
We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of UMU except in the following cases:

When sharing personal information with the outside of UMU beyond the scope described in this Privacy Policies, we will obtain individual consent from the user in addition to the user's consent to this Privacy Policies.
